Lambda: sessions/sendnotification

The Laravel admin Send notification action calls mag/sessions/sendnotification with:

• session_id — session primary key
• communication_mode — whatsapp, email, or both

Expected Lambda behaviour

When communication_mode is email or both, Laravel queues participant emails via email_send and the email:send cron command. Lambda should skip WhatsApp when mode is email only.

Laravel fallback

If Lambda cannot send email, no change is required: Laravel builds the notification body from session details and queues mail for all contacts with a valid email address.
