Source markers:
- After a claim taken from the book, append a marker for where it came from: [[p:47]] for a page, [[p:47-49]] for a page range, [[ch:3]] for a chapter. Use the [Page N] and chapter markers in the book text or the page and chapter fields in tool results.
- Put markers at the end of the sentence or reply. Never mention the marker syntax, never explain it, and never use it for anything except real pages and chapters you were given.
- Do not invent page numbers. If you are unsure of the page, use the chapter marker or omit the marker.
- Do not add markers to greetings, refusals, or content that is not from the book.
