• Usage data about how you interact with the website and Services
• Cookies and similar technologies used to keep sessions secure and improve the experience (see Cookies below)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not claim ownership of content you submit to run your events; we only use it as needed to operate the Services.

4. Event and attendee data

When organisers use EventBuzz to run events, they may process attendee or participant data (for example registration details, engagement activity, or questions asked to the AI concierge). In those cases, the organiser is typically the data controller, and Stratawiz / EventBuzz processes that data on their behalf to deliver the platform.

Organisers are responsible for providing appropriate notices to attendees and collecting any consents required for their use of EventBuzz.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Services (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics, or customer support tools), under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations
• Professional advisors, or authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction, subject to this Policy’s protections where applicable

We do not share personal or contacts data with third parties for their own independent marketing, except as described in this Policy or with your direction.
